Job description:
We are looking for a highly talented Program Manager to lead the main product line of SCR.
The Program Manager at SCR is a major player who is responsible for managing cross-functional activities across the complete development lifecycle, and accountable for the deliverables while ensuring efficient execution and quality delivery within a pre-determined timetable.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, structuring and managing the program plan - schedule deliverable milestones, risks & mitigation according to the PLC guidelines.
- Working in full alignment with all R&D matrix and external stakeholders for defining and executing system and sub-system products.
- Follow up the project plan on day-to-day basis.
- Managing and prioritizing program milestones activities, action items, and ongoing issues & conflicts that raising during the project's lifespan.
- Communicating and reporting program progress to the relevant stakeholders – Executive management, R&D mangers, sales & marketing, operations, finance and key global customers.
- Striving for on-going process improvements to increase program efficiency and product quality.
- Program budget planning and tracking.
Basic qualifications:
- Strong multidisciplinary technical skills
- 5+ years of strong program management skills
- Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Well established and proven stakeholder management skills
- Proven project, time and task management

- Experience with embedded and RT systems

Job Title: Embedded RT Software Engineer
Job description:
We're looking for a highly talented and motivated software engineer to join our embedded RT team, and take a major role in the design and development of various embedded systems. This role provides a unique opportunity for the SW engineer to be involved in our core technology, and be innovative while doing so.
Desired skills and experience:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or B.A. in Software Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in micro-controllers preferably on TI MCUs, and ARM processors
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Programmin skills: C/Assembly in RT systems, C# advantage
- Experience designing complex systems with multiple MCUs
- Experience in defining and developing system architecture and the necessary infrastructure
