SCR Dairy Adds Herrgesell and Budde to U.S. Team
Dairy technology leader adds to sales and communications units
MADISON, Wis., (September 13, 2013)—SCR Dairy is pleased to announce today that Mark Herrgesell of Bow, Washington and Mara Budde of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin have joined its U.S. team.
Herrgesell will serve as the Western U.S. Sales Manager, providing expertise to clients in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, Kansas, Utah, New Mexico and Texas.
In his new role, Herrgesell's primary responsibilities will be providing support to distributors and dairy producers, introducing SCR technology to dairy industry support teams and executing territory plans.
"Mark's background is deeply rooted in the needs of West Coast dairies and the unique challenges they face with health and reproduction," said Tom Breunig, General Manager at SCR Dairy. "His skills and experiences are a significant asset that will help SCR Dairy to provide additional support to our customers, while aiding them in increasing their profitability."
Before joining SCR, Herrgesell carried out various sales and business roles at ABS Global Inc. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in animal science with an emphasis in reproductive physiology and genetics from Washington State University.
Budde joined SCR Dairy as its Marketing and Communications Specialist based in Madison, Wisconsin. She will be December graduate of UW-Madison, earning Bachelor of Science degrees in dairy science and life sciences communication. In addition, Budde was awarded several ag industry internships throughout her college career.
